Rob and his team were fantastic with our case. They took time to meet with us to explain how everything was going to happen with our case. The communication was superb. There was never a time I felt like I didn't know what was going on. There was never any pressure to rush a decision or move forward with anything we didn't feel comfortable with our case. The care and compassion Rob and his team showed during the difficult time for my family made the process so much easier for us. From the very beginning everything has been handled professionally and with much kindness. They even handled a zoom meeting with 75 mostly older women without losing their patience!
